information is strictly confidential. Your email address and contact
information will only be used to reply to your questions and to confirm
your order and payment.
Cancellation Policy: Events are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible to
receive a credit (for the amount paid) to be applied to a future event
within 12 months. No refunds will be given.
Substitutions: In the event that there is a shortage of any item, we reserve the right to
make a substitution of equal or greater value - with no additional charge
to you.
Environment: Latex balloons are natural latex taken from a rubber tree and are
biodegradable. We also recycle, repurpose, and reuse as many materials as
possible.
Safety Warning!
Latex and micro foil balloons pose no threat to human, wildlife and the environment WHEN handled responsibly.
Children (Especially those under the age of eight (8))
can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. This also applies to pets.
Inhaling helium from balloons is dangerous and can cause death.
Discard of any broken balloon pieces immediately. Always have adult supervision.
